The ScioView development is located on Liberty between Saginaw Forest and the Polo Fields on the north side of the road. The property is 158 acres and is preliminary approved for 178 dwelling units. The A.I.R. Houzing component of the development will be located in the northeast corner of the property and will be comprised of 62 ranch homes. (Upper right hand corner) The units in concept form are depicted as the “brown structures” on the top right hand side of the drawing. Final approval is expect, in Spring of 2016. Construction of the units is scheduled to commence in the Fall of 2016. The A.I.R. Houzing community will not be age restricted.
A.I.R. HOUZING SITE PLAN
The community is comprised of 62 ranch homes with one side of each home being a zero lot line allowing a 2 pod or duplex configuration. For purposes of acoustics, fire rating, insurance and warrant-ability there are no common walls, but a space between the homes with a sealed front, rear and roof cap. For a more detailed explanation of the ranch homes visit the Design page. The community will be governed by a Homeowners Association that will provide that the limited and general common areas are maintained by the Association as set forth in the Bylaws. Homeowners will be required to pay monthly dues as set forth in the Bylaws.
